Delete your account

This is the page for asking us to permanently delete your mōtive account and everything in it. mōtive is a small social app available on Google Play and the App Store.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@joinmotive.app.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
3. Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm the request is really from you.
4. We'll reply when it's done — usually within 7 days.

What we delete

When you ask us to delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your profile (display name, age, city, bio, interests, photos, phone, Instagram handle)
• any events you created and your record of events you joined
• every message you've sent — in event group chats and in direct messages with friends
• your friend connections and any pending friend requests
• push-notification tokens registered for your devices, so we stop contacting you
• your authentication record (email, password hash, and any Google or Apple sign-in links)

What we keep

Nothing. Everything tied to your account is removed within 7 days of your request. We don't retain backups, analytics records, or anonymized copies of your data.
